Polaro is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe that your photos and personal moments should remain yours and yours alone.
We do NOT collect any personal data. Polaro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, photos, usage data, or analytics to any external servers.
All your photos are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to your photos, camera feed, or any other content you create with the app.
Polaro requests access to your device camera solely for the purpose of taking photos within the app. The accelerometer sensor is used only for the “shake to reveal” feature.
No camera data or sensor data is recorded, stored externally, or transmitted anywhere.
All photos taken with Polaro are saved locally on your device in the app's private storage and optionally in your device's photo gallery.
No photos are uploaded to any cloud service or external server.
Polaro offers an optional lifetime purchase managed entirely through Apple's App Store (or Google Play Store).
All payment processing is handled by Apple/Google. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat, which only receives an anonymous app user ID to manage subscription entitlements.
No personal information is shared.
The only third-party service used is RevenueCat for subscription management.
No advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking frameworks are used in this app.
Polaro does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.
The app does not contain any age-restricted content.
